Pleated and Plicell solutions stand out for their folding fabrics and systems that can be installed close to the window. With the right system, they can be a practical option for glazed balconies, narrow areas and some specially shaped windows. When choosing balcony blinds in Alanya, examine how the glass panels open and stack as well as their width. The same mounting method is not suitable for every system.
Choosing Pleated Blinds in Alanya — What to Consider
Fabric transparency, profile colour and operating direction should be chosen together. For sunny façades, assess the product specifications using samples and manufacturer information. A system installed close to glass should leave access for cleaning and allow moving parts to work freely. An on-site visit before ordering helps reduce the risk of an unsuitable product or incorrect measurements.
Glazed balcony movement and mounting
The way glazed balcony panels slide, turn and stack determines the installation. Opening and closing the system in several positions before choosing a blind helps reveal possible conflicts. Profile colour and operating cords affect the appearance of the glass. Top-down or bottom-up options operate differently depending on the model and should be checked on a sample. Narrow frames may not offer enough fixing surface. Such details are not always apparent in photographs, making a technical check during the visit important.
Daylight and Decoration in Alanya
Light conditions in Alanya can vary considerably throughout the day and between façades. To understand how a colour chosen in store will look at home or in a hotel, assess the sample in natural light. Making final colour or measurement decisions from a photograph alone can be misleading. Photos help the initial conversation; final product selection, technical suitability and installation details should be confirmed during the site visit. If existing walls, furniture or window systems need to remain unchanged, mention this at the beginning so the options can be narrowed appropriately.
Alanya Pleated & Plicell Blinds — Planning Your Project
Mert Tekstil has worked in curtains in Alanya since 1990. Our central and Oba stores help assess options for homes, hotels and businesses. Ask about free visits, measuring, architectural guidance and installation. After-installation care or repair requests are considered according to the product’s condition. Delivery and fitting times depend on availability and project scope, so the same schedule should not be assumed for every project.
Getting Started with Mert Tekstil Alanya
If you are unsure where to start with plicell & pleated blinds in Alanya, prepare an overall photo of the window or area. Create a request using our photo consultation form, then send the saved link to the store team through WhatsApp. These initial details make the conversation more specific. Final measurements, suitability and price require an on-site assessment. Visiting our central or Oba store to see textures and colours in person can also make your decision easier.
